Referral to relevant parts of the Freshfield Service
e.g. Counselling or Needle Exchange
Signposting to other agencies


The helpline is open
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
9:30 - 1:00 and 2:00 - 4:30
Tuesdays 2:00 - 4:30

and there is an answering machine at other times.
